Roho - Nexus Spirit

Nexus Spirit Cushion - Foam surround with 2"or 3" neoprene cells designed to protect the ischial tuberosities and sacram. The nexus spirit comes with a water resistant cover and the Roho Insert can be adjusted without taking the cover off.
