Queens Cutlery - A wide range of stainless steel utensils mounted into a built up plastic handle to help those with weak or restricted grip, the handle is cylindrical to assist with gripping. The utensils are great if you suffer from arthritis as the handle is bigger and you don't have to close your hand/fingers as much as you would with standard utensils.
