Introducing our Latest Paediatric Equipment Range!

Access is pleased to announce that we are now offering the Ottobock and Leckey range of paediatric equipment. This complements and enhances our current range of paediatric manual and power wheelchairs, walking aids, and bathroom and changing equipment. Leckey is a globally recognised pioneer in the research, design and development of clinically focussed, posturally supportive products.

Children require support as early as possible so their physical development is not delayed. Delayed development by definition slows down subsequent progress. Some delays can even cause irreparable damage, for example the improper development of a child's hip. Our proven medical devices promote age appropriate physical and mental development, correct postural support, pressure care and independent mobility.

Infants may use a positioning system such as the EAS

A Squiggles sitting system will provide the required support when solid foods are introduced.

Later a PAL or Everday Seat will provide the necessary support to be functional in daycare or at school.

Standers are popular medical devices for communication at eye level, for use in therapy and allow proper physiological function and development.

The Kidwalk and other walking aids promote proper bone and muscle development, permit active participation when playing with peers, and encourage exploration and interaction.
